From our copper still to your hands — each hydrosol and room spray is grown, harvested, and distilled right here on our farm using traditional old-world methods. Using our Portuguese copper alembic still, we slowly steam-distill fresh botanicals to capture the true aromatic waters of the plants themselves.

 

These botanical waters are one of the purest ways to experience the plants we grow and preserve throughout the season — fresh, vibrant, herbally rich, and deeply connected to the land they came from.

Herbal Hydrosols

Our hydrosols are steam-distilled in small batches with trace essential oils intentionally left in for a richer, more aromatic botanical water.
