Goldenrod Tincture (1oz dropper)

When it comes to herbal extracts, dosage can feel a little confusing—drops, pumps, droppers, teaspoons… what does it all mean? We want to make it simple and clear for you, so you can confidently use our tinctures.

How to Measure a Dose

• Dropperfuls: One dropperful is about 30 drops, or 1 mL.
• Common Serving: 4 dropperfuls = 3 mL, which is a standard WCF serving size.
• Pump Tops: 7 pumps equals about 3 mL.
• Teaspoons: 1 teaspoon (Tsp) ≈ 5 mL.

General Use

The most common tincture dose is 30–60 drops (1–2 dropperfuls) in an 8 oz glass of water. In general, the more acute the condition, the more frequent the doses may be taken.

Safe dosage ranges are broad for most herbs, though not all. We always recommend using a trusted herbal reference and becoming familiar with the individual characteristics of each herb you’re working with.

This tincture is made with herbs that we grow or forage ourselves here on the farm and is set in organic can alcohol. Each batch is carefully crafted by hand in small quantities so you receive the purest product possible.

Storage & Shelf Life

Keep in a cool, dark place. Best used within 12–18 months for maximum potency.
