How to Use

Extract dosages can be measured in drops, dropperfuls, milliliters (mL), teaspoons (Tsp), or pumps/sprays depending on your bottle type.

• 1 dropperful ≈ 30 drops (1 mL)
• 4 dropperfuls ≈ 3 mL (a common WCF dose)
• 7 pumps from our pump tops ≈ 3 mL
• 1 teaspoon (Tsp) ≈ 5 mL

Typical dosage:
