Our Nature’s Tamiflu is a handcrafted, small-batch glycerite made from fresh sweetgum seed pods — foraged right here on The Wild Carrot Farmstead. Sweetgum is rich in naturally occurring shikimic acid, a compound also found in star anise and used in traditional cold and flu remedies.

We slow-extract the plant’s beneficial compounds in organic vegetable glycerin, creating a sweet, shelf-stable elixir that’s gentle enough for children yet effective for the whole family.

What It Is

How to Take It

• Adults: Take 1–2 teaspoons up to 3 times daily as needed.
• Children: Take ½–1 teaspoon up to 3 times daily as needed.
