So, what is Tallow?

Tallow is a super special fat that comes from cattle.

When we’re talking SKINCARE- there’s definitely a certain fat you want from the cow. The fat you’re looking for is leaf fat.

What’s CLA?!

CLA-is an omega-5 fatty acid, has significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and has been shown to stimulate epidermal regeneration! It also protects against uv rays and prevents fine lines and wrinkles from even forming!

Why tallow for my skin?

Tallow moisturizers are also packed with nutrients and they have similar fat saturation levels as we do, making it easy for our body to absorb! Our tallow whip also contains vitamins A, D, E, K, and B12, which can all be beneficial to your skin health and appearance!

Is it greasy?

No! Actually, the opposite! Our body absorbs it and uses it! Given tallow’s organic compatibility with our skin, it works as a natural sebum locking in moisture and nutrients without clogging your pores!

Does it…smell?

Unscented tallow does have a slightly “beefy” scent. But the higher quality fat that’s used, and the better it’s rendered, the less smell it has. We like to keep our products as natural as possible, 

and the more things we add to our products, the less diverse it becomes. This tallow bronzer, specifically, is scented with our creamy colada scent because…you know…a tan and the smell of coconuts…it’s just so good.
