Our Tallow

The tallow we use comes from our own cows raised on our farm, as well as cattle we personally process from trusted farms. We hand-cut the fat and slowly self-render it to remove impurities and create a clean, clarified super fat.

Because this is real tallow, consistency may change slightly with temperature — this is completely normal and a sign of a truly natural product.
